The restaurant industry has transformed dramatically in the past 30 years since I first began. I've witnessed the rise of food trucks, the explosion of online ordering, and the drastic impact(s) of a global pandemic. Through it all, one thing remains constant: the importance of creating a truly memorable dining experience. That's where I come in. With my deep understanding of these trends and my ability to analyze data and customer preferences, I can help you craft a strategic plan to elevate your restaurant. Kris Copp

Kris is the owner of Copps Pizza in the Omaha Metro and Kansas City area. He has experience in leading high-performance teams in multiple different restaurant concepts.  In his years of experience he has streamlined many operations, developed 30+ Regional Managers, and enhanced a school lunch program that culminated in over 1.1 million in sales annually. Under his leadership the teams delivered growth in sales, traffic, and revenue while increasing all operational metrics. He has a strong history of increasing year over year sales and profitability through labor enhancements while increasing internal and external customer satisfaction.
